Flash
Lol, this cannot be true can it? The Knicks have a golden opportunity to become a contender right now and in the future but having Isiah run things from behind the scenes is only asking for a disaster. Here's more from Woj:LOS ANGELES – The thin veil of secrecy has torn away now, the pretenses gone and Isiah Thomas has left the shadows and moved into the light again. Once more, he is the New York Knicks’ top basketball executive. Thomas is driving everything through owner James Dolan – the trade for Carmelo Anthony(notes), the departure of Donnie Walsh and perhaps even the eventual hiring of the New York Knicks’ next president and general manager, multiple league sources told Yahoo! Sports. “Isiah is calling the shots for New York,” said one front-office executive with knowledge of the Anthony trade talks. “It’s a disgrace. Donnie should walk.” Yahoo

magicbalala245
So let me get this straight. Isaiah Thomas is the one running things in New York for the Knicks to acquire Carmelo and basically gut their team for Melo and Walsh does not like this one bit? God damn this is some scandalous [expletive] by the Knicks if true. Isaiah can really [expletive] up the Knicks chance's of acquiring Carmelo Anthony. The Knicks will get Carmelo in the next few days if Thomas gets his way, the Knicks will get Melo in a few months if Walsh has his way. Check my Stats
It sucks players want to play for an organization like this just because of it's location. The fans deserve a good team, but the management definitely doesn't. Pathetic. Edited February 20, 2011 by Check my Stats
The Truth
It sucks players want to play for an organization like this just because of it's location. The fans deserve a good team, but the management definitely doesn't. Pathetic.what makes you think it's only about location? I highly doubt LeBron and Bosh left their former teams because they prefer south beach to Cleveland and Toronto. they went there because it gave them the best chance at winning.
