Guest N/A
Deron Dismisses New York RumorsFeb 21, 2011 01:25 AM ESThttp://www.realgm.com/images/nba/4.2/wiretap/photos/2006/Williams_Deron_uta_2010.jpg Deron Williams began telling associates last offseason that he would join the Knicks in 2012 if Amar'e Stoudemire signed with the team, according to a report from Ken Berger of CBS Sports. Williams was asked about the New York report on Sunday. "It's not credible. You can't put him on the witness stand. So there's nothing to talk about." Williams is eligible to be a free agent in 2012. "When it comes from my mouth and you hear me say I want to go to New York," said Williams. "Then you can believe it." Is this implying that if we could put him on the witness stand then it would be credible? W/e he can stay in Utah for all I care I want CP3

W/e he can stay in Utah for all I care I want CP3 Personally, I don't think NY gets either one. I think CP3 is gonna go to Orlando in a trade next year, but that's JMO. As for Deron there's a better chance he ends up in NY but I don't think he'll go there.

I mean, Jameer and picks can only go so far to get an elite player like CP3...

I'm sure they could put something together with Jameer and some other players/picks. I just don't know how much NY will have to offer after this Melo deal. He may just stay with the Hornets though...or come to the Heat lol :glasses:
