Guest N/A
Sports radio LA is talking about Walsh's BRILLIANT plan that is almost diabolical. I don't know if it's hype, but if true it would be the GM move of the decade. They are saying that Walsh was against the trade because the Knicks could have had Melo for nothing (we have heard this before). They are saying that Walsh did want to trade those pieces, but he wanted to trade those pieces for Chris Paul. Walsh was willing to take the bet that if the Knicks had CP3 and Amare, that Melo could make his way to NY in July as a free agent, or by Thursday for less by refusing to sign an extension anywhere but with the Knicks. Check my Stats
I feel like if this was his true plan that at least a Knicks blogger or something would have at least suggested it, if not reported it.
