htown11
http://i297.photobucket.com/albums/mm233/lebronze23/ya-1.jpg It is very intriguing to think of Nene playing with Durant and Westbrook.
Flash
Scary. I think they're going to be more of a factor in the playoffs than most think.
Guest N/A
He'd make them a top 3 team in the West for sure. I think they might even be better than the Lakers if they make that trade. IMO if they make that trade... 1.Spurs2.Mavs3.Thunder4.Lakers Honestly, Westbrook will abuse Fisher and Blake in the playoffs, and I question if Artest will guard Durant with the same passion he displayed in the playoffs last year. Plus, Sefolosha proved last year he can contain Kobe to an acceptable standard. I'd REALLY like the Thunder if they made this trade, I might even like them more than Mavs coming out of the West just thinking about it... Make It Naaaashty
Would be a huge upgrade and would give them a very good chance to beat any team in the West.
The Regime
Some of you guys are overblowing Nene's impact. The man is solid offensively, but he doesn't make much of an impact defensively. On top of that he doesn't rebound very well for a seven footer. The Thunder would become an ever more athletic team with him in the starting lineup, but they still wouldn't be better than the Lakers, Mavs, or Spurs. Check my Stats
Thunder are already good offensively and solid on the glass, this is a team who needs a defensive stopper at the 4/5. Also wouldn't pay him more than 5/40. Edited February 23, 2011 by Check my Stats

Lakers would still be better then OKC with or without Nene.
Sun Tzu
They'd go far in the playoffs IMO if they managed to get Nene. I think it might turn out like the Billups-Melo-Nene situation except with a younger PG in Westbrook and Durant. I don't know, I think it might turn out like that. Obviously I think the Thunder team will do a lot better with Ibaka playing off the bench or at the 4.

Also wouldn't pay him more than 5/40. Last I checked the Thunder were terrible on the glass. This trade would greatly help them but not to the point where they become a top three team in the west. kingfish
He wouldnt make much difference. 7 rebounds and barely a block per game in 30 minutes is not good for a center. If you're trading bigs in the West, it dont really matter unless they can match up with Bynum-Gasol. Nene gets dominated by Drew.
