Sun Tzu
Which trade since Kerr has been the GM of the Suns screwed up the team the most?
Owner Real Deal Posted July 29, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted July 29, 2009 The Shaq trade. They became vulnerable to the pick and roll, were completely dominated by the Spurs in the playoffs because of it, went through three coaches and two different offenses, lost their ability to defend the point (which Marion did for Nash), and brought in a player (Shaq) who needed the ball in his hands to be effective, which took it from Nash and turned him into a borderline all-star guard. Multi-Billionaire
The worst move by Kerr is himself accepting the job. He has no clue what pieces fit together.
andreusito
It was losing D'Antoni.
Cleveland's Finest
Trading Raja and Diaw changed the whole team officially. That deal with the Bobcats made it seem like Kerr was now going crazy making moves. That and the Shaq were equally bad. Universe
It was not keeping Joe Johnson and hiring Kerr.
The Goods
Trading Marion for Shaq, after that the Suns weren't the same anymore.
Dr. Feelgood
Not a very good GM at all. NO idea what the hell he's doing.
jl.
Becoming involved in Basketball in a non playing capacity was the worst move he ever made. The worst move this organisation ever made was hiring him.
