NaS is on and off to me. I dig a lot of his songs, but then again, a lot of them give me a "meh" feeling. Weezy sounds the coolest but he's not the best. If Kanye gets back into real rap and not the autotune stuff like he has been, he might be my favorite, idk about the best though.
