SRV
Wade.... Rose is still learning the game and hasn't gotten the playoff experience that Wade already has. You are really judged on your ability to win a title, and Rose has that chance in the next few years, so lets see how it goes.

Makaveli
Wade is top 3 player in the NBA at the moment, while Rose is in top 10 somewhere.. Wade >> Rose. Ask me the same question in about 3 years, i'm pretty sure my opinion will change by then.
Flash
Wade and it isn't even close. There's not one argument you could make for Rose in this discussion.

The Regime
I would take Wade right now, he's a better scorer, more clutch, and a better defensive player. However, there is a good chance that Rose overtakes him in a couple years at the rate that he's improving.

fish7718
I think this is a lot closer than people make it out to be, I would give the ups to Rose, but Wade's got the ring. Wade is over rated, people love him because he's a very flashy player, like they love Dwight, but he's really just LeBron in guard form minus the great vision and passing. Which isn't bad. Rose will be a better player later if not sooner. Would love to see them go H2H... Edited April 23, 2011 by Pinkie Pie
*Swish*
This isn't even an argument. People voting for Rose over Wade are just underrated Dwyane and overrating Rose

It's amazing how all your post contain at least one huge grammatical error that totally throws off the sentence...
Nitro
Wade is over rated, people love him because he's a very flashy player Umm....what? Just 2 years ago he averaged 30.2PPG/7.5APG/5.0RPG/2.2SPG/1.3BPG while shooting 49% from the field (.575 TS%), he has been deep into the post-season multiple times (lighting up some of the league's best defenses, including the '06 Pistons and '10 Celtics), has a ring, Finals MVP and scoring title, yet he has never really been discussed as even the 2nd best player in the league. That screams overrated to you? If people are overrating anyone due to flashiness, it's Rose, who even now scores less than Wade on lower efficiency, who isn't near Wade when it comes to defense, and besides a better outside jumper doesn't have the same polished game that Wade does. And I don't even know how you can say Dwight's overrated anymore since he's finally built up a strong post-game that allows him to score in elite volume while maintaining insane efficiency...on top of his elite rebounding and being the most impactful defender in the NBA. I'm sure you been paying attention to the 33/18 he's been averaging against the Hawks so far...

Call me when he has the type of complete game Dirk or Melo has, until then I don't see how he can be considered top 10 tbh. Yes that does scream over rated. Did you really just say 2nd best? What was the Miami Heat's record when he put up those numbers? And the year before? I rest my case...Wade's a great player, I'm not saying he isn't a super star, he's just over rated when people mention him being compared to Kobe or Wade. Same for Dwight, only he's not a super star... Rose is less efficient because he takes more 3's but taking more 3's open's up the court for his teammates more, stats are very subjective to the players on the floor and the tendencies of the players. Flash
DId you see who Wade was playing with 2 years ago? A rookie Michael Beasley was the second best player on that team and he led them to almost 50 wins and a 4th seed.
