The Truth
Anthony Randolph played 25 minutes off the bench on Wednesday and hit 8-of-13 shots for 19 points, 10 rebounds, and a steal for the Wolves.yeah, I was a total idiot for having faith in this guy. NomarFachix
No, just a total idiot for posting something like this after one game. I can't wait to be a frequent visitor with updates, though
Check my Stats
If you have been given up on by every other NBA team, you can always count on the Wolves to give you a shot.
Dash
If you have been given up on by every other NBA team, you can always count on the Wolves to give you a shot. Lol while this is true, it has been working pretty well for Minnesota considering that they don't give up much for these guys.
NomarFachix
Lol while this is true, it has been working pretty well for Minnesota considering that they don't give up much for these guys. Haha yeah but they're getting empty numbers and losers for cheap, they still tout the 2nd worst record in the league. Poor Love.

A growing team like the Wolves is expected to lose that many games. They'll be fine, playoff team in a couple of years maybe.
Sun Tzu
I know it's just one game but I've always thought this kid had potential, I was hoping he'd get the oppurtunity to show it in New York. I guess not.
*Swish*
Very happy for him. I hated D'antoni for not giving him a chance. This guy is a baller
The Truth
Randolph tonight against Philadelphia: 12 points (6-10 shooting), 4 assists, 2 rebounds, 2 blocks, and a steal
fish7718
2 rebounds in 27 minutes?
The Truth
lmao I love how you critique the one flaw in his performance. Love had 20+ rebounds, of course Anthony's not gonna do much on the boards.

The Truth
I doubt all 21 of Brand's points were scored against Randolph. Anthony only played 27 minutes. he's had a great first couple games with Minnesota, especially since hardly even playing this year.

I'd take Mo Speezy's performance over his tonight.
Dash
It wasn't a great performance by any means but at least Randolph has shown some improvement since the start of his tenure with the Wolves.

Dash
To be fair a team looking to make the playoffs isn't exactly the best place for a project like AR to develop.
The Truth
To be fair a team looking to make the playoffs isn't exactly the best place for a project like AR to develop.yes, but we should have at least gotten a pick out of him - not a player we'd just cut a few days later. Dash
Corey Brewer/Sebastian Telfair + Utah's first round draft pick for AR was the deal that was rumored around the Wolves board for weeks. I don't know what happened to cause the Wolves to drop the pick, possibly Randolph's trade value plummeted even further while the Jazz pick gained more value (Deron was just traded to New Jersey). Edit: nvm Melo was traded before Deron. Edited March 5, 2011 by Dash
?QuestionMark?
If Randolph ever got a consistent jump shot, he'd be a really good player. He has the physical tools to be successful (could stand to hit the weight room) but he's still only 21 so he's has a lot of time to grow. But seriously, his jumper makes Luke Walton look like Ray Allen.
Dr. Feelgood
I even heard that Portland was looking at Randolph for a 1st, I'm really glad we didn't do that though as I don't think Randolph really has that much potential.
