Stop blaming Bosh and the bench

What did LeBron have in Cleveland besides scrubs? It's called chemistry and players that can spread out and let LeBron run/do his thing. Miami never win 7-8 Championship in a row like LBJ said in his decision on ESPN.

Our bench was outscored 41-8 tonight. How do you not put blame on them? Points of turnovers and second chance points were also heavily in Portland's favor tonight. Quit the LeBron obsession and be objective.

how can u not blame the bench lol, can't even knock down open shots consistently....if bosh is struggling offensively because he doesnt know his role, that doesn't excuse him from playin defense and rebounding...thats what spo always told beasley to do, but i havent heard him call out bosh once about his defense and rebounding

Yeah but you have to realize that the Heat bench is going to get a hell of a lot less opportunites/shots with the big three taking most of the FG attempts...

With that said, they need to step the [expletive] up at this point. Mike Miller needs to hit open shots. Same with Chalmers and Bibby, too.

And they badly need a good center. Bosh has proven he's too much of a [expletive] to be considered a force inside.

I blame the bench. They have done nothing productive all year. It's not even a hard job. They are left open 90% of the time, and they can't do anything. Hell, they contribute nothing. Our four big men combined for 9 point and 0 blocks tonight. That is pathetic.

I Blame LBJ for showing off thinking he's won it all during his decision on TV.

LBJ isn't the problem though. He put up 31/8/11 tonight. Wtf do you expect?

mike miller wont knock shots down, bibby is new ill cut him some slack for now.., james jones didnt struggle as bad as miller is so i dont understand why he's not playing, house is random with his 3s (most of these guys are one dimensional), the bigs are a joke....the most reliable help i see is chalmers and haslem (also the biggest competitors outside of wade and bron IMO) when he is eventually healthy and contributing those double doubles

this team needs consistent 3pt shooters, but not just stand still catch and shoot one dimensional shooters, because the big 3 get a lot of attention, they need players that can do more than that..chalmers is showing past few games how to use that to your advantage as a supporting cast member, gettin in the lane for floaters and dishes off to the bigs (which they dont even have a trustworthy big to finish at the rim and get garbage/hustle buckets)

the bench and supporting cast was a problem from the start of the season, everyone knew it, its not a secret...joel anthony/big z/ juwan howard/ big z/dampier ....how many open shots have they missed...and in joel's case, open dunks - wade has the mentality of setting up his bigs ive seen it his whole career, he loves settin up big men, and i know lebron does as well a bit, but these bigs are so garbage you dont even wanna look at them half the time, which is why haslem back in the rotation is gonna be huge (in terms of the times he will be playin center..since bosh is a sissy and scared to play the 5)

the close game situation is another deal, but if heat get nightly SOLID contributions from 2 or 3 players, you probably aren't even lookin at a lot of close games which is why its probably a good thing too, because the weakness are exposed, probably wouldnt even see much of these until the playoffs otherwise and really end the season on a worse note than it probably will right now because the expectations have dropped rapidly

and lebron did not have scrubs in cleveland, at the very least he had larry hughes, big z and drew gooden in the early days - larry probably the least consistent, big z and gooden very reliable in those days..and the years after that the supporting cast got better each year

Your bench took 11 shots , 8 points on 11 shots ain't terrible from bench players.

Meanwhile your big 3 took 52 shots :)

Can't ask for much more from Wade and LBJ tonight. They were great. Bosh could've been better though.

Could've? He had 7 pts, and 4 rbs and went 3-11. That's one of the wackest statlines I've ever seen from someone 6'11"
