What if the Heat could some how lure Rasheed Wallace out of retirement to come play the Center spot for them? I know there is always talk of him coming back, but if he did, why wouldnt he choose the Heat. He gives them toughness down low on D and a center that can streatch the floor. Just a thought, this may have already been broughten up before. Who knows, so weigh in!

If it was anyone but Rasheed I guess it could be possible, but I don't see a reason why Rasheed would choose the Heat over the Celtics at this point of his career.

He knows the Celtics players and has played among them, and they have just as much or more of a chance on winning a title, based on what we've seen. Plus, the group fits him much more age- and experience-wise.

Yes I agree with you, but to me if you add Sheed to the Heat they are a better team then if you add him on the Celtics. The celtics honestly lost most of their depth with the moves they made at the deadline. I dont think Shaq could guard sheed, and Jeff Green definitely couldnt guard Sheed even if he has been out of the league for the last 2 years.

sheed fits in, in terms of positions

but personality, i dont think he will...sheed was never really a fan of the nba's baby lebron, and u know he aint down with that media mess either

plus if he comes back, he would rather play for celtics than any other team - im pretty sure he is sittin at home hatin on miami too...sheed is too real for what currently is a WWE environment in south beach

Reports say that he's not in basketball shape, he'd be as worthless to them as Dampier is right now.

Damp is playing halfway decent, if you compare it to his expectations in November (he wasn't going to play basketball in the league again).

Sheed's back is pretty bad...not really sure if many realize it, but he was advised not to play in the Finals because of it, yet the dude stepped up BIG in that Game 7 and probably did more for Boston than Perkins would've.

He's definitely not ready for another playoff run, though.
