GamerGuy
Our web host suffered DDoS attacks earlier, and they moved us to a new IP address. If your on Windows, go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\ect, there should be a file called "hosts" in there. Open it with notepad, look for an entry that has otrbasketball and an IP address next to it, and delete that entry. Save your host file, then try opening up OTR again. GamerGuy
I'm on a MacWhat version? If you have OS X, do this: 1. Open Finder. 2. In the Go menu, select "Go to Folder" 3. Type /etc for the folder name. 4. In the list of files that appears, you should find hosts. Double click it to open it in a text editor. Owner Real Deal Posted March 13, 2011 Owner Report Share Posted March 13, 2011 The thing that Kyle is speaking of...it would apply if you guys changed your host files when we moved servers. I know 2-3 people did, just don't remember which ones. Otherwise, it takes a bit for your computer to recognize the new location of the site...and since we were moved to a new IP due to the attacks, that's the result.
