Where's Guru and his claims that murderer's don't really get released for prison? Nope, don't sentence this barbaric animal to life in prison (not that it would matter in this case) or give him the death penalty.

The U.S., releasing murdering pieces of crap every day and getting the sympathy from some crazy people.........

I don't think murderers deserve the death penalty, I think they deserve life in prison without parole. In my opinion, having to serve a 50+ year sentence behind bars is even worse than just 'getting off easy,' like the death penalty is kinda like.

Too bad the entire point of prison is to protect society more than it is to punish criminals.

lol Guru doesn't think murderers deserve life in prison?

There was a thread a month or two ago where he was saying that people that are sentenced to murder basically do not get out. If you murder someone, you should be in prison for LIFE, not "life and then get the hell out for good behavior", or sentenced to death.

No. You [expletive]ing moron I never said that I was against life in prison. I am 100% for life in prison. I'm against the death penalty (atleast the way it is set up right now)

Dumbass.

Also, it's cool how you want to bring this back up when you never responded to my response earlier. http://www.otrbasketball.com/forums/topic/20713-abortion-doctor-charged-with-8-murders-including-7-babies-with-scissors/page__view__findpost__p__233754

1. Didn't mean to imply you though they should not get life in prison, because that was your entire argument. If you read the first sentence, you could have figured that was a mistake.

2. I didn't respond to your claims because half of what you said was factually false, and I'd just be repeating myself.

You're the one who was saying murders never really get released, but this guy did. I'm sure if he was released and he killed someone in your family you wouldn't care at all because, you know, the death penalty is a terrible idea and murderers never get released.

Factually false? HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAHHAAHAHAHAHHAAHAHAHHAHAHA you [expletive]ing clown.

You never posted one article or link of your "facts". Hahaha. Man that gave me a good laugh.

And I never said that they don't get released. There you go putting words in my mouth, AGAIN.

"People being sentenced to death are usually serial killers. Their sentences are extreme and most never even have the chance to get out. Plus there is a simple solution to that problem; life in prison without the possibility of parole. Shocking, yes I know."

You can try and spin that any way you want claiming it's different with life without parole, but you certainly said it, and people do get released even with life without parole, so try again.

Actually it's to rehabilitate criminals, but nice try on trying to be a smartass.

No, it's really not even though that's what the liberals would like you to believe. I really can't believe someone is naive enough to believe that prison is meant MORE for the criminals than it is for protecting society. .

You're not serious, are you...........?

So did you completely ignore the first sentence or can you not read?

It's also great how you can't show that killing a prisoner is cheaper in the USA than it is to keep them alive with a real link/article. You just keep bringing up these bullshit "factual statistics" LMAO.
