Defend the inside. As much as Robin Lopez is on my hated list, run the twin towers concept with Gortat and Lopez. Clog up the middle, don't allow inside shots by anyone, including Kobe, and make them all take bad shots this game. Especially Kobe Bryant, because he loves to chuck, and as ong as we man him up well he'll put up shots Ron Harper would frown upon. Another key is jump shooting, we won't get inside with two giants in the paint, so put him so good three point shooters.
