The Truth
in all likelihood, it seems we'll be playing either the Sixers or the Knicks in the first round of this year's playoffs. who would you rather play then, and why?
Flash
The Knicks. Because Philly is better and I would love to see Wade and LBJ torch the Garden in the playoffs.
Make It Naaaashty
Why do you keep switching teams?
Buckets!
Probably the Knicks, that'll be interesting match up.
Check my Stats
The Sixers are a guaranteed 5 game or less series in my opinion, meanwhile there is a legitimate possibility New York wins a series these playoffs (against any team in my opinion). Clutch
doesn't matter for me i think heat can handle both in 5-6 games but beating the knicks will certainly make me feel a lot better

Lkr
why are you sigquoting me with the wrong quote?
Check my Stats
Agreed although I do think that you're underrating the Sixers a bit. Eventually the Sixers are going to need someone who can pour in 25 points or close to it a night. It is really cool what they are doing, winning with no one over 15 PPG, they've been a solid-ass team. But come playoffs, solid doesn't cut it, especially with how top heavy both conferences are right now. They win one game against any of the teams they are slotted to face, period. Owner Real Deal Posted March 21, 2011 Owner Report Share Posted March 21, 2011 It won't matter. The Sixers won't be able to provide enough offense to keep up with the Heat (and they aren't an elite defensive team), and the Knicks have no way of defending anyone on Miami. Both could be sweeps, unless Melo goes off or Iggy locks up LeBron for a game. SRV
I feel we could beat both teams, but the Knicks seem like they can go off on us and their home crowd will be into it....so I would prefer the Sixers. That being said, I would love to watch the Knicks and Heat go at it in the playoffs, just to see if we truly have any die hard fans who can out cheer the Knicks fans in our own arena. If you combine that with Melo and Amare going off, I could see a six or seven-game series...but that is a stretch. I really, really doubt it goes past five. The Knicks are just a bundle of mess right now. If D'Antoni would pull them together and work more on their defensive lapses (which seems impossible with him), they can be a pretty damn good playoff team and a tough out (much like Phoenix was, despite them having their defensive struggles), but I just don't know. Flash
LeBron playing in the Garden for a whole series lol, he would average over 40 for the series. Not to mention Wade would probably end up around 35. Good thing the Knicks don't won't be facing Kobe there for a series.
