NomarFachix
there was a pissed off tone to this post you made. so I thought maybe it pissed you off.Is it because I called a latte drink a "shit"? I must be http://i54.tinypic.com/307q1ra.jpg In reality, no, wasn't mad, no, doesn't bother me. I just think it's girly. Might as well wear some panties when you order your Tall Eggnog Latte with extra whipped cream. :glasses:

ChosenOne
Too bad they've been absolutely trumped by Dunkin Donuts and will be out of business very shortly. East Coast, allllllllllllllll dayyyyyy! I know a lot of them have closed down but that was because those areas just had to many open. The ones that are open right now I dont see closing. Starbucks runs the west coast I dont think there even is a Dunkin Donuts in Reno.

It's been like that for a while. They've been beating Starbucks in taste tests for the past few years as well. They may also be teaming up with Dominoes in business deals as well, and Dominoes is the largest pizza chain in the country. Bye bye Starbucks. htown11
I don't think Starbucks is going anywhere anytime soon. I can't even tell you where the closest Dunkin Donuts is here or if we even have one... maybe some Starbucks will close down because of excess, but just about everytime I go there's some sort of line it's never just walking in empty.... the whole vibe works for people I guess. EastCoastNiner
And on false advertising It's just ridiculous how many people buy Dunkin Donuts on the East Coast. It would absolutely blow your mind. We have Starbucks here as well, but Dunkin Donuts just dwarfs them beyond belief. The lines are just constant. It's honestly mind boggling to me. It's honestly mind boggling to me.it must not be as popular on the west coast. everyone here goes to Starbucks. they have a store at like every corner in Seattle lol, and there's probably like 50 of them in my city. there can be more than just one popular coffee chain in America. Starbucks isn't going anywhere.

Starbucks isn't going anywhere. That's because Starbucks has twice as many stores in the U.S. Dunkin Donuts is starting its expansion out west, and as it is with most things, east coast companies tend to do well when they expand. There's more Starbucks where I am than there are Dunkin Donuts where you are without a doubt.
The Truth
still, Starbucks won't be going out of business anytime soon. it'll be around for the rest of my life at least. with these fast paced lifestyles everyone lives now, there can be more than just one coffee chain making all the profit. sure, Dunkin Donuts might eventually compete with Starbucks or even outsell it, but it won't run it out of business. there's too many different coffee shops in America for one to basically just monopolize the industry. Starbucks and DD will run all the mom and pop shops out of business, if anything.

Universe
Ordering Starbucks in this area is the same as ordering Sex on the Beach or some other girly cocktail. I've tasted the Twisted Rocket at Boston Pizza and it is amazing....but you'll never see me order one in public. Same goes for Starbucks unless I find out I like bum sex and shaving my chest.

I believe that though, last time I went to Chicago the lines for Dunkin were ridiculous. It was pretty good I liked the iced coffees they had and they have some interesting meals they offer, wish we had more around here I would support for sure. Starbucks is all polished and "healthy" lol with the ingredients while Dunkin came off as more of a fast food joint to me.
Jammin
I don't like Starbucks, but if you wanna go, enjoy your drink. I don't get how people care so much about other people's lives. Live your own.

Addicting as hell you remember when they had all those flavors and it was half price at a certain time? I pretty much went broke during that time... -_- I hope they bring that back during the summer.
