Cavamatic
It has to be Love, he really came out of no where and has been an absolute force in the NBA.
Flash
Kevin Love no doubt.
Hawks Fly High
LaMarcus Aldridge because he elevated his game significantly, worked in the paint, played center countless of times for Portland. He took his team on his back as Oden, Camby, and Roy all went down around him and he is still on a playoff team.
Check my Stats
Derrick Rose. All-star to superstar (not to mention WINNING) is more impressive to me than solid player to undeserving (in my opinion, of course) all-star. Love will probably get the award, but I believe Rose, or even Westbrook/Humphries, deserve it more.
Dash
Aldridge and Rose have strong cases but Kevin Love has become a threat offensively and is already one of the greatest rebounders ever. Edited April 6, 2011 by Dash
Guru
Love. I'm just happy you actually mentioned Hump unlike ESPN. <_<
*Swish*
You definitely forgot DeMar DeRozan. You could call me a homer but DeRozan doubled his stats and improved on points, rebounds and assists because he realized that our Raptors rely on him to make big plays. But Dorell Wright is definitely my first or second choice. Â TYSON CHANDLERAS WELL! ! This guy has been the difference for the Mavericks and they win more only because of him. He's been a beast on defensive end getting big boards and offensive end getting nice passes from Kidd and some good offensive boards. This guy has been on top of my list all season long.. Â as a homer, I'll take DeMar DeRozan Edited April 6, 2011 by *Swish*
AboveLegit
Kevin Love, he has had a historic season, and has developed into one of the league's elite centers..that should be enough for him to win the award.
fish7718
LaMarcus Aldridge or Wesley Matthews both had amazing years and picked up the Trailblazers when Roy and Oden went down.
Newman
Kevin Love, the guy is even shooting 3's at a good %. I don't think you can ask for anything more offensively from the guy.
ChosenOne
LaMarcus Aldridge he has been without Roy just about all year and still managed to get his team a decent seed in the playoffs. Love you can make an excellent case for but them not being even in a fight for the playoffs just doesn't cut if for me.
Sħãlïq™
Tough say here but I gotta go with LaMarcus Ald-RIDGE!!!. wATCHED A LOT OF bLAZERS games this year and dude carried the Blazers to huge wins and playoff berth. Erick Blasco
LaMarcus Aldridge had seldom played in the post before this year and turned himself into a go-to auto double down there. He's my MIP.
Sun Tzu
It was between Love and Aldridge for me but I couldn't decide so I flipped a coin and I will be choosing... Kevin Love.

Mentch
I'm gonna pick Westbrook on this one. The combination of him and Durant is one of the best guard combos in the league right now, if not the best
Make It Naaaashty
I think no one has improved more than Love so therefore he gets my vote.

moeroadkill
homer vote but i think ibaka should be up for serious debate Edited April 13, 2011 by AppleJack
DaFranchise03
MIP doesnt regard team success as much so Kevin Love wins it. I think LA is the better player but that doesnt matter here.
Lkr
Derrick Rose. He blossomed from a talent to a premiere player and MVP
