GamerGuy
The Lakers are planning to sign free-agent guard Trey Johnson for backcourt depth in light of Steve Blake’s indefinite absence with the chicken pox. Johnson, 26, was with the Lakers in training camp and averaged 25.5 points, 4.5 assists and 4.2 rebounds for the Bakersfield Jam of the NBA Development League this season. Johnson is 6-foot-5 and more of an off guard but does have ball-handling skills. He shot 32.2 percent on 3-pointers for Bakersfield yet is considered a good shooter from long range. http://lakers.ocregister.com/2011/04/12/lakers-planning-to-sign-guard-trey-johnson/52395/
Owner Real Deal Posted April 12, 2011 Owner Report Share Posted April 12, 2011 Whatever we need to do, I guess. Trey Johnson needs to take on an Ariza role, if he wants to fit in, and not try and dominate the ball like he did in the D-League.

Cleveland's Finest
He was on the Cavs for like 5 games a few years ago...barely played. He's been good in the d-league though.
