*Swish*
According to Jerry Zgoda from Star Tribute K-Love Wins Most Improved award. Was It The Right Choice? Maybe Aldridge Or Gortat? #Timberwolves call Thurs press conf for "major NBA award announcement": No, it's not Rambis' contract extension, must be Love MIP award #Timberwolves 2 p.m. press conference on Target Center main court Thurs expected to feature Most Improved Player winner KLove and D. Kahn KLove will be first #Timberwolves player to win Most Improved Player.http://i55.tinypic.com/23rtv2e.jpghttp://twitter.com/#!/JerryZgoda/status/60897236518846464 OR ESPN http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=6399422 A lot of players deserved this award. A lot of names came into the most improved player thread but I think Love deserved it more than anyone. He's been the best rebounder and has had most double doubles in the season! Also had 30 points and 30 rebounds game. The dude went insane all season long. As Tony said, his team sucks but doesn't mean he shouldn't of gotten it. Very happy for him. I would of love to see Demar get it but it was obvious it wasn't going to be him Edited April 21, 2011 by *Swish*

Dr. Feelgood
I'm not disappointed by this, I think he definitely deserved the award. Names that really jump out to me for this award were Love, Aldridge, Wright, and Matthews the most of anyone. Sure, LaMarcus got the Blazers into the playoffs, improved his overall game in almost all aspects but Aldridge has more help on the Blazers than Love has on the T'Wolves. So this is well deserved. I would have loved to see Aldridge get it but this was the right decision.
