Is it on 360 and is it free?

For whatever reason they never released a demo on the marketplace, PSN has one though. Maybe they put one up later today but I can't say for sure.

All demos are free.

Beat the game, if anyone has trouble beating Shau Khan just cheese Teleport (down,up) when he's about to attack to dodge, and then before he can recover to make another attack Uppercut (down+Y) and then get as close to his body when it's on the ground. You get close because his ranged attacks are harder to dodge and he recovers quickly from them.

BTW my favorite fatality so far

Lui Kangs (Down, Down, Foward, Down, B) fatality is pretty awesome as well and it's a classic...

do you guys think if i brought this from overseas and got them to put it into another game case, do you think it would get through?

When they say it's banned in AU, I don't think they mean you can get arrested for having it or buying it. You should be able to buy a video game like that.

I'm assuming they meant that they aren't selling it over there.

nope. full ban. apparently if you get caught trying to import there is a 110,00 fine (not sure if its true, probably there to scare off anyone who tries to import.) but because we dont have a R18+ classification and this game falls under that category it is banned in Aus.

but its on the 'black list' or whatever they call it. so customs would be looking for it.

but what i want to know is how far do they check your items.. like if i put the CD disk of MK into lets say a Halo cover, they wouldnt open it and look would they?

Wow.

In March 2011, Mortal Kombat was the first video game to be made illegal to import and put on the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service list of prohibited items. Any copy found at the border will be seized, and its recipient possibly receiving as much as a A$110,000 fine.

I seriously can't believe that. :o

I wouldn't bother, dude. That's a nasty fine.
