Lkr
Although we are still investigating the details of this incident, we believe that an unauthorized person has obtained the following information that you provided: name, address (city, state, zip), country, email address, birthdate, PlayStation Network/Qriocity password and login, and handle/PSN online ID. It is also possible that your profile data, including purchase history and billing address (city, state, zip), and your PlayStation Network/Qriocity password security answers may have been obtained. If you have authorized a sub-account for your dependent, the same data with respect to your dependent may have been obtained. While there is no evidence at this time that credit card data was taken, we cannot rule out the possibility. If you have provided your credit card data through PlayStation Network or Qriocity, out of an abundance of caution we are advising you that your credit card number (excluding security code) and expiration date may have been obtained. http://blog.us.playstation.com/2011/04/26/update-on-playstation-network-and-qriocity/

Lkr
theres more to it than that. they have your e-mail and possibly your password to various sites. better change that shit and fast. if you've ever used a credit card(even if you didn't store it), it can still be found through purchase history info. It just wasn't an attack by one person either.Yeah, I know.. I was just referring to this: While there is no evidence at this time that credit card data was taken, we cannot rule out the possibility. Also taking a proactive approach, which is nice.. they were taking a lot of heat for not being open enough We have also provided names and contact information for the three major U.S. credit bureaus below. At no charge, U.S. residents can have these credit bureaus place a “fraud alert” on your file that alerts creditors to take additional steps to verify your identity prior to granting credit in your name. Shitty situation is shitty, but I'm sure everything will be fine

fish7718
If someone steals my shit I'll just report my cars stolen and get the fraudulent charges removed and ten turn around and sue Sony, so no worries. What are the chances that I'm the lucky PSN user that gets his shit stolen?
