xx.
The Los Angeles Clippers today waived guard Mike Taylor. Taylor played in 51 games for the Clippers last season, making five starts and averaging 5.7 points, 1.7 rebounds and 2.1 assists in 15.1 minutes. After just one season and showing potential you cut him? Really bad move and the kid scored 35 points at the end of the season I remember. Shows potential a good player for the future and cut him, yep...
Flight
Someone will pick him up, he's never had a shot to play much but has shown he could be a decent player.
andreusito
They should keep him just because of his dunk. He got lots of potential.
Cleveland's Finest
He looked solid during the summer league and has potential. But they have Gordon so he wouldn't get much notice from the Clippers. He should go to Milwaukee.
The Goods
I used to tune in to some Clipper games here and there, one thing I remember about seeing Mike Taylor is his quickness. This guy is really fast and athletic. He just needs to develop a jumper and improve his decision-making and he can become a solid role player. I wouldn't mind him coming to Lakers but we're stacked already.
Flight
I think scoring 35 points one night, and 23 the next should at least get you a roster spot. http://www.nba.com/games/20090325/LACNYK/boxscore.html35 points, 14/20, 8 boards, 3 dimes, 2 steals http://www.nba.com/games/20090327/LACSAS/boxscore.html23 points, 10/13, 3 boards, 3 dimes (the next game) He has potential. Needs to add a little weight though, he's real wiry. 6'2" and 165.
Multi-Billionaire
He also burned me on 2K9... he couldn't be stopped, just like I couldn't stop Fisher, Farmar. On a serious note, he should get an NBA team pretty soon. I think Clippers are preparing to sign Sessions? I wouldn't mind if Nuggets sign him, he'd be an upgrade over Carter... defensively, not sure.
