The Lone Granger
Sam Amico is reporting that the Indiana Pacers and Minnesota Timberwolves are discussing a potential trade for the second overall selection in the NBA Draft.Amico mentions Danny Granger, Ricky Rubio and Michael Beasley as some of the players being discussed between the two teams, so clearly these two teams are looking to make a major deal. If David Kahn deals the second overall pick and gives up Rubio and Beasley in the same trade, he better receive a haul of talent in return or he's going to face some serious backlash from the fans. rotoworld Wow! This is sounding like a possible trade scenario, but just a possibility obviously right now. The Wolves would be getting Granger along with the Pacers' first rounder I am guessing, and probably some other nice pieces and Indiana would be acquiring Rubio, Beasley, and the #2 overall pick. What else would Indy have to add? Future picks? Other players? What would you guys think? Needless to say, I'm excited about this, and I will be inputting more thoughts as replies start rolling in. Thoughts?
Built Ford Tough
My thoughts are that this has been posted about 3 times now and David Kahn has denies this on multiple occasions.
