Cleveland's Finest
2 players you can talk to Cavs about now: Ramon Sessions & JJ Hickson. Andy Varejao not available for just a draft pick.http://twitter.com/#!/WindhorstESPN He also tweeted earlier that the Cavs are set on picking Irving at number one, and are trying to find ways to get Derrick Williams. Jenneral
I'd honestly take either of them for our #10 pick in this uncertain draft.
Newman
Sessions I understand, but Hickson? Guy was really coming into his own near the end of the season.
Owner Real Deal Posted June 18, 2011 Owner Report Share Posted June 18, 2011 He also tweeted earlier that the Cavs are set on picking Irving at number one, and are trying to find ways to get Derrick Williams.I wouldn't be that shocked if Minny gave up that #2 to Cleveland, for the #4 and someone else (Hickson). Makes sense if Minnesota keeps shopping it, and could be worried about losing Kevin Love after this upcoming season. Hickson isn't that bad of a player. He just needs to take better shots, but he does pull down boards and gives you around 15-16 points a night.
ChosenOne
Sessions is completely understandable since Irving is a solid bet with the first pick, but trading Hickson i am iffy about especially since Williams is not going to drop to the fourth pick. imo it would be best if they find a way to get the second pick as well as the first, if that takes trading Sessions, Hickson, the fourth pick and a bit more then so be it. At this point they need to being in new faces that can attract a crowd and start filling seats again. Getting the two top players in the draft would do that. Cavamatic
I would love to get rid of Sessions, but not Hickson. The only reason they might trade JJ is because Kanter.
Cleveland's Finest
Apparently the Cavs are trying to get Rudy Gay again using the 4th pick, the TPE, and possibly JJ? It looks like the Cavs are trying to get rid of the 4th pick regardless and are set in stone with Kyrie at 1. They must've been unable to get the 2nd pick.
