Dash
Finally, the Blazers have been aggressive, according to a number of GMs. They are out there looking for a starting point guard and would like to move way up in the draft to get one. http://insider.espn.go.com/nba/blog?name=nba_draft&id=6672205&action=login&appRedirect=http%3a%2f%2finsider.espn.go.com%2fnba%2fblog%3fname%3dnba_draft%26id%3d6672205 Fredette? I can't think of any other prospect they could move up for unless they can somehow get into the top 5-6 and get Kemba Walker or Knight. Dash
The Blazers have a tendency to draft players the Rockets reportedly love so that wouldn't surprise me in the least. If they're still sitting at the 21st pick on draft night, he would be a solid pick for them.
Sun Tzu
Why look for a starting PG when you already have Patrick Mills
?QuestionMark?
Draft day is like Christmas for the Blazers. I know they want to jump up that high but I don't see how unless they deal either Batum or Matthews. Luckily the draft is deep with PGs. Chicago may want to sell one of their picks where Portland could still get a good player. Shelvin Mack, Darius Morris, Iman Shumpert, Reggie Jackson, Nolan Smith and Charles Jenkins are all projected around there. I think Jackson, Mack, and Shumpert in particular will be starters in the league.
