Phenom
You have Jonny Flynn who currently stands 3rd in the PG depth behind Dragic and Lowry. If Flynn can get healthy I can see him battling Dragic for the backup PG position. Flynn excels in offenses where he gets to push the ball and find open teammates. That triangle just wasn't a good fit for his game. The Rockets more up tempo game will really help him out, also having Kevin McHale who believes in him will be a plus. That's the best case scenario for Jonny. Terrence Williams, the best all around Rocket has a chance to battle for a lot of playing time. He brings a lot of skills to the table. I think he will get much more playing time this season, hopefully he can take advantage of it. T-Will be battling Budinger and Morris for SF minutes. Patrick Patterson recently said Jordan Hill has made the most progress as a player sense the season ended. He also said McHale is helping him develop more post moves. Jordan is already a pretty solid face up player and has a solid jumper. Jordan Hill would be the starting center if the Rockets didn't add or sign anybody(or bring back Chuck). Hopefully McHale can turn Hasheem into a good team defender and rebounder. Anything else would be extraordinary.
Dash
Terrence Williams. The starting small forward job is up for grabs and Terrence has all the tools in the world to make it in this league as an all-star. It just depends which T-Will we will get at training camp, a more determined 3 year veteran or the whiny kid that lets the world know his frustrations on Twitter.
