fish7718
Okay. 6.5 out of the wild cared 9.5 out of the division here we go this is where we make our run. Big annoying rain delay today I hope the play. SNY reported today that the Mets could have V-mart for Niese Holt for Niese Mejia. That's quite a bit I'm glad we didn't give that up. Especially Mejia that kid is a stud. fish7718
Reyes has returned to New York because of continued discomfort with his right leg. He is being examined by Mets doctors, the NY Daily News' Mets blog reports. 2010 here we come?
fish7718
Well we arent making the playoffs but.. Reyes' MRI showed significant scar tissue and inflammation behind the right knee, related to the hamstring tendon injury, which has caused continued pain. Reyes will remain in New York for manual physical therapy in an effort to break up the scar tissue and reduce the inflammation, according to a team press release. For now, the decision has not been made to shut Reyes down for the year. However, given the significant scar tissue that exists and length of time he has missed, don't be surprised if that announcement is the next to come over the wires. The one piece of good news, if there is any, is that a clear diagnosis has been determined, and hopefully, once that scar tissue is broken up, he should be able to run freely. www.Rotowire.com BTW players on the Mets to have injuries lasting over a month in length Jose Reyes*Carlos Beltran*Carlos Delgado*JJ Putz*Billy Wagner*John Maine*Oliver Perez*Brian Schnider*Angel Pagan*Gary Sheffield*Fernando MartinezFernando NieveJonathan NieseRamon Martinez (*) Key players IMOpretty crazy Edited August 6, 2009 by Fish7718

fish7718
Matt Cain is officially a classless piece of [expletive]. Hits Wright in the head and then tips his hat to Mets fans as he exits the game. Ridiculous, Santana should pegged that fatass Molina right in his dome. Ridiculous, Santana should pegged that fatass Molina right in his dome. It's not like he hit Wright on purpose, but I do think tipping his cap to the fans was pretty stupid. It was almost like he was saying "Hey, thanks a lot I wasn't trying to hit him," but I know it came off all wrong, if that's even what he meant. Molina has nothing to do with it. Yeah so if Youkilis got hit in the head and he's your only player you wouldn't boo the [expletive] out of the pitcher. Oh yeah its okay he just gave our best player a concussion after all it was an accident. [expletive] THAT. First of all we have no idea if its intentional or not there has been some close games between these teams so there could be bad blood. Teams have also been throwing at Wright's head lately for some reason. I hope someone knocks youkilis straight in dome and tips his cap to you in the stands and see how you feel. No, I wouldn't boo the pitcher if it was unintentional, which it CLEARLY was, and you are just being a New York Mets fan if you think it was intentional. If it was a pitch that was retaliation, that's a different story, but how you can say "We have no idea if it's intentional or not" is just plain stupid. trutrojan8
Shocker Wright to the DL..I heard on ESPN Radio that Wright could possibly be out for the rest of the season from like post-concussion syndrome or something like that ha. And ECN just stfu.
Flight
As far as it being intentional or not, there's no way. Matt's not that kind of a pitcher, he was up 0-2 on Wright after he barely fouled off a couple pitches, he had him. He was throwing out of the strike zone to get him to chase, but if you're going to bean someone then you don't throw 4 straight strikes then bean him on 0-2, in a game that's deadlocked and a single run can sway it. Legacy
[expletive] like that happens in baseball, it's a part of the game. It was an accident anyways. I would understand if the Mets were good, but they aren't so it doesn't matter. You guys ain't gonna do [expletive] anyways. Might as well sit him out with everyone else on your team on the DL.
