Dash
Lawrence Frank has emerged as the choice to become the Detroit Pistons’ next head coach and a formal contract offer is expected within the next day, league sources told Yahoo! Sports. Frank, an assistant with the Boston Celtics, separated his candidacy in his first meetings with management and ownership, distancing himself from contenders Mike Woodson and Kelvin Sampson, sources said. The Pistons organization has been deliberate in the process, talking to several candidates. Dr. Feelgood
I've always thought Frank was a great coach and got screwed over in New Jersey. I think he'll be a great coach in Detroit, definitely a step in the right direction for this team.
Guru
Lmao, it's going to be fun to watch this team completely ignore Frank. The Pistons needs a tough coach, not Lawrence Frank imo.
Newman
I like Mike Woodson better for the Pistons, but Frank is a suitable choice as well. But Joe Dumars, you have to get rid of Rip and Prince.
Universe
Lawrence Frank is a great coach but he lost the Nets due to being so young with legends of basketballs. It could be different in Detriot but could easily happen again.

La Bomba
I always thought Frank was a pretty solid head coach, but the Pistons are such a mess right now, I don't see their woes ending anytime soon.
