Smitty
Plax to Jets for 3 mil, Cro to follow Washington going to bid for Bradshaw, this is awesome, if they can get him from the Giants they will be much less of a threat offensively. Heap to Cardinals, that division should be interesting, Rams Vs Cardinals with the 49ers as a wild card like they are every year. Please anywhere but the Eagles His knees are done. Doubt we sign him. NomarFachix
On Bryant McKinnie: His undoing in training camp was showing up so fat and out of shape that beat writers noticed he looked much heavier than the already overweight 360 pounds McKinnie had ballooned to by last season's end. When it's noticeable that 6-foot-8, 350-plus pound people have packed on a significant amount of weight, you've got a real problem on your hands. EastCoastNiner
Ron? Yes, him.....I just clicked on this thread again, and was like, "That looks like I spelled Rob Brace", and I did, and I knew once I saw you posted, you'd be mentioning it. . EastCoastNiner
Some recent reports are that the Patriots and Ravens are amongst about five teams interested in Osi Umenyiora, but all teams did not want to give a 1st round pick, and the asking price is thought to have come down to a 2nd rounder. The Regime
Niners sign Braylon Edwards and Donte Witner. If only they had a decent QB, they could easily win 10 games in that divison.
Make It Naaaashty
What's the point of getting a WR like Braylon when you have a QB like Alex Smith. We shouldve spent this 3.5 mil defensively IMO.

Make It Naaaashty
Braylon has put up great years with mediocre WR's his whole career True but I don't see that happening in San Fran. I hope Harbaugh can somehow use all the talent we have offensively and make Alex Smith a decent QB but I doubt it.

Guru
Kevin Boss has signed/will sign with Oakland. Hearing 4/$16. Who the [expletive] is our starting TE now? Ugh.
EastCoastNiner
Who the [expletive] is our starting TE now? Ugh. It's not like you had much of a starting TE when Boss was on the Giants anyways.
NomarFachix
It's not like you had much of a starting TE when Boss was on the Giants anyways.Plus blocker with solid hands who ran "okay" routes and didn't have much speed to brag about. Also ran upright far too often, leading to big hits in the open field. I'd have placed him in the top half of starting TEs in the league. He was certainly better than the Ben Patrick/Travis Beckum/Bear Pascoe trio that we boast now. Not a tremendous player, but one who Eli trusted on 3rd down and helped pave for Bradshaw/Jacobs. Probably overpaid. Going to be interesting to see who pulls away in camp, unless there's another signing to be had.
fish7718
Derrick Mason to Jets, interesting, 4 solid wideouts if 1 gets injured they won't lose much. Mason really under rated throughout his career, you dont grab 900+ balls for 11,000+ yards without doing something right. Still at 37? What can he really offer a team? Lol not only Boss, but every single TE the Eagles play they get raped by him. Eagles are horrible when it comes to covering the TE.
