Nitro
Former NBA player and East St. Louis native Darius Miles was arrested Wednesday afternoon at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport for allegedly trying to bring a loaded firearm through security, authorities said. Miles, 29, was arrested about 3:30 p.m. after Transportation Security Administration personnel discovered the weapon during an X-ray screening at the airport, according to information from a TSA spokeswoman and a jail official. ?QuestionMark?
Stupider than Damon Stoudamire trying to sneak weed wrapped in aluminum foil through a metal detector at the airport.
TheNextBestThing
Wasn't it just a few years ago that Miles, Reuben Patterson, Zach Randolph, et al. got into a major fight? It was probably a mistake (if you wear a gun for a while, you can forget you have it), but his reputation does him no favors.
Built Ford Tough
It is hard to believe he is only 29 years old. I realize he was drafted straight out of high school, but it seems like it was so long ago since he was in the league and even longer when he was drafted. I don't know why but I thought he was older than just 29. Edited August 6, 2011 by Built Ford Tough
