Lions are too talented offensively and defensively they'll finish inside the top 10 this year. As for the Rams they play in the NFC West, enough said. -Indy wont be the worst team in the division even if Manning sat out the whole season. Kerry Collins a good game manager, and he can still get them to play .500 football. Outside of that I think your predictions are pretty accurate.
