Owner Real Deal Posted September 14, 2011 Owner Report Share Posted September 14, 2011 List the top five, in order, 1-5. If you need a little help: http://www.otrbasketball.com/raptors/roster.php Keep in mind that the top ROSTER of all time is not the same as the top five best players of the franchise, so obviously, those rosters will be leaving out players that could very well be in the top five, but were slotted behind a better player at that position. Just for kicks, explain your selections.
Built Ford Tough
I can understand the case for Bosh considering he spent more time with the franchise and holds a large majority of the franchise's all-time records (points, rebounds, blocks etc...), but I just can't put him ahead of Carter considering at the end of the day, a prime Vince Carter is clearly better than a prime Chris Bosh and Carter played enough games with the Raptors that it isn't a Shaq over Howard for Orlando situation either. So I'm going with Carter. Not only is he the most talented player to ever play for the team, but he also had the largest impact on the team and it is by a significant margin. There likely isn't a Toronto Raptors franchise anymore if Carter wasn't with the team in the late 90's/early 00's.
headliner
Vince Cater hands down and honestly if this team was managed right the raptors would have seem more success with Vince.
