Jacobs!

I just had a wicked flashback of that 1 TD he had against the Cowboys on the screen :( I swear there was a missed block on that.

Anyway of course after dissing Cruz being #2 he'd come out and rape Asante down the field on the second drive, turrible Asante. So glad Cowboys have 2 WR's so we can take advantage of Asante.

Everyone knew Casey Matthews and Kurt Coleman blow.

Not if you listened to training camp reports. Matthews was the second coming of Ray Lewis, and Coleman? It was all about Chaney or someone  o nvm Coleman is the FS, yup lol some of the worst safeties in the league there and I'm a Cowboys fan, I know bad safeties.

Matthews had a very shaky preseason. I was willing to give him a chance, but 3 weeks in and he still looks incredibly overmatched. Coleman was terrible last year and he is still terrible. Time to give Jarrett a chance.

It's just so frustrating. Goes to show that in the NFL, even if you have only one weakness it can get exploited easily.

It's funny because everyone made a big deal of them signing Nnamdi Asomugha, well they also let Mikell walk. I saw both of Mikell's games I'm sure you and Kyle did too and he's having a great year so far. You just don't replace a leading tackler on defense. It's not as easy as "oh he made tackles because he was there". You gotta wonder if the Eagles would have been better off with an average slot corner but a Mikell at safety.

I actually didn't mind letting Mikell go, mostly because I thought Jaiquawn Jarrett would be replacing him. But he has yet to even see the field this year...

Also I think the Rams overpaid. But if you'd have told me that Kurt Coleman would be playing as much as he is, I'd totally be willing to overpay for Mikell.

Also, wtf, Andy running the ball? He finally realizes LeSean McCoy is the best player on the field I guess...

There's no denying they overpaid. Maybe not by a lot, but whenever a safety who is not named Ed Reed or Troy Polamalu getting that type of money, it's overpaid. However you gotta do what you gotta do to get talent in those positions. Credit the Rams for addressing the need for a safety and doing what necessary to get a play maker there.

Giants need to seriously stop with the missed tackles on running plays. Drive ends a few times there if they don't arm tackle and let McCoy bounce off on about 3 different plays. Can't let this dangerous team walk the ball down the field repeatedly, they won't turn it over or settle for field goals very frequently.
