Peyton Manning was a somewhat close second pick, with Rodgers far back as the next top player to build around.

EastCoastNiner
If you read the article correctly only about 65 of them voted Tom Brady 49 for Manning. Yes, and he was a somewhat close second. Receiving 25% less votes than the person in front of him, to me, is not "extremely" close, but somewhat close, if that is what you're trying to nitpick at. Anyways, I'm a little surprised by these results. I thought Rodgers would have been the #1 choice.

You made it sound like 272 players voted for Brady when it 272 players who participated in the poll, 65 of which voted for Brady.

trutrojan8
I like the part where you say RD can't read! Oh, and I'd rather not build my team around someone who throws 4 INTs to the Bills, or a guy who can't lead his team to a better record than the Lions.
