I can honestly careless obviously we won it doesn't matter if they were penalties or not, I just want to know why one is a penalty and one isn't...and I'm being serious... AboveLegit Posted September 28, 2011 Report Share Posted September 28, 2011 In the Landry hit, the player touched the ball, and Landry had a good hit on him. With the Moss catch, as soon as he turned up field, he got hit, which was what caused the penalty. At that point, he was a defenseless receiver.
