Blazed49
The way the jets been playin I don't think it'll be close. They definitely need to step it up and go back to pounding the ball. I don't know what they've been doin.
fish7718
lol Pats +9 Sanchez sucks against good defenses (Cowboys, Ravens, etc) The Patriots? Nuh uh. 24-21 Pats.

I've been saying the same thing since the spread came out earlier this week, but it does make sense. If Vegas thinks the Patriots are going to win, then a a nine point spread makes sense because when the Jets have lost this season, they've been losing by a lot. Also, I'm pretty sure the Patriots have the lowest opposing QB rating in the Red-Zone, which is a very telling statistic.

EastCoastNiner
I traded for Brady in my fantasy league, he'd better light it up here! The Great ECN predicts Brady throws for 4 TD's unless Riddley and BJGE get a lot of carries. The New England Patriots win this game by a score of 48-10. Make It Naaaashty
So gay how I'm going to get San Diego vs Denver instead of this. Smh... Probably watch this on the internet though. It's going to be interesting to see how the Jets try to take Welker out of the game. They're best bet would probably be putting Revis but we'll see. Im predicting a huge game from Gronk. Pats win 24-
fish7718
I expect to hear each of the following obvious storylines to this game discussed today. You know, the Jets beat the Patriots here last year in the AFC Divisional Playoffs. You know, the Patriots had beaten the Jets here 45-3 six weeks earlier. You know, Shaun Ellis had 2.5 sacks in that Playoff game. He signed with the Patriots in the offseason. You know, Ellis was selected with a pick the Jets got from New England in exchange for Bill Belichick. You know, an NFL Network documentary on Bill Belichick that aired earlier this year showed a clip of Belichick cursing at current Jets receiver Derrick Mason in a game when Mason was a member of the Ravens. You know, Tom Brady is off to a hot start this season. You know, the Jets' identity used to be Ground and Pound, but their running game is off to a very slow start. EastCoastNiner
It's quite quiet in here....weird. . Anyways, I'll take the win, but the Patriots offense played like shit. They better not try and just run the ball every [expletive]ing down for the rest of the season. Brady was missing some WR's/TE's that he should have hit, but that happens. The defense was very good for the most part as well. And, the Jets continue to prove that they are frauds and do not belong in a group with the AFC elite. NomarFachix
I can't stomach Jets football and Brady hardly did shit for my fantasy team. Not much to discuss for me.

If Hernadez didn't drop that easy ass catch, he would have thrown two TD's. And, if Welker was just a little faster.......... I was mad he didn't throw for more, but I'll take the win. If the Jets are frauds, played a terrible game and we're still in it, I'd hate to see what a good team is going to do with the Patriots. EastCoastNiner
And New England proved that they still will be bounced in the first round of the playoffs. If the Jets are frauds, played a terrible game and we're still in it, I'd hate to see what a good team is going to do with the Patriots. They proved that they will be bounced in the first round of the playoffs? . You do know they didn't get bounced in the first round last year either, right? The Patriots will be getting homefield advantage, and won't be knocked out in the first round because they will get a BYE, and you should agree because the Bills are a bad team like you said at the beginning of the season, and have no chance at winning the division, right? Defense is still geling. Offense changed its gameplan, and still raped the Jets for 30 points. Just get your pen and paper ready by the end of the season because you'll have some writing to do.
