Owner Real Deal Posted October 13, 2011 Owner Report Share Posted October 13, 2011 Tyler Hansbrough was playing decent basketball late in the season, and even looked like an all-star (ha, I know, but he did) in stretches of games here and there. While it's a reach that he'll become an all-star caliber player, would you consider him trade bait at this point, as his stock rises, or do you think the Pacers need to hold on to him, watch him grow, and look elsewhere down the roster when searching for that valuable trade piece? Layman's terms, will Hansbrough be a staple in the Pacers' future plans?
Dr. Feelgood
I really like Hansbrough on Indiana. He provides much needed energy for them and isn't afraid to crash the boards and do the dirty work. I'd like for the Pacers to hang on to him as I think the duo of Hansbrough and Hibbert is....decent sounding, lol.
*Swish*
Don't trade Hansbrough.. as Dr.FeelGood said, the guy does the dirty work and is very aggressive down low. You could laugh all you want but I think he could become a very important player for those Pacers. Don't trade him. Build around him and George Hill.. or something like this. Newman
Depends on what style the team is going to adopt as they progress. If they are going to play fast, trade him. If they are going to play half-court, keep him.
