The Goods
Alan Hahn reports on the latest information he is hearing about the Knicks' pursuit of Ramon Sessions as the team's next point guard. "What I have been told is the Knicks want Sessions and they will eventually get him," Hahn writes. "The price remains TBD." Hahn earlier reported that the Knicks were offering slightly less than the team's mid-level exception, which starts at around $5.8 million in the first season. http://www.realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/60975/20090804/source_knicks_will_get_sessions/
The Next Knick
Hopefully, but we're really stocking up on PG's aren't we?
Knickmatic
IMO Lee should be the 1st priority for the Knicks, enough with the guards.
Klashnekoff
lmao at the Knicks bad management. Really they are going after Sessions? .. Don't get me wrong hes a good player but i would think they would focus on resigning Lee and keeping their team looking decent in the future. Lee is a big key player to lose if you go after a not needed point guard. Lee and Hill in the front court is great also.
Owner Real Deal Posted August 14, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted August 14, 2009 Well, if the Knicks end up with Sessions (meaning the Clippers fall out of the race), it makes me wonder what's going to happen with Nate and Duhon. I'm also not sold on Sessions being an excellent starting point guard, and I don't see why the Clippers are after him, if they intend on keeping Davis. Maybe both teams see something I don't. Klashnekoff
Yeah exactly i don't see what their seeing in sessions to be honest. He is a bit sloppy with the ball as he is young. Duhon is much more contolled and composed i would say. Also Nate isn't a option i think, i am sure he is going overseas to Greece i think it was?
