Count Elliot Williams as one of the most eager. "Whenever camp opens, it's like Christmas," the Blazers' second-year guard said Tuesday after working out at the team's practice facility. Williams has gone almost 20 months since he last played in an official game. Dash Posted December 6, 2011 Report Share Posted December 6, 2011 Not surprised by his supposed improvement over the offseason, the Blazers, Spurs and Rockets have three of the best scouting departments in the NBA and all three of them badly wanted to draft Elliot Williams last year (and the Blazers won).
