Lkr
From ORL source: D. Howard's agent can talk to Lakers about possible trade. Dallas, Nets also allowed. WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN?!
Lkr
@EricPincus Eric PincusIf the Magic want to make a deal with NJ - they're not going to pursue the tampering charge methinks@EricPincus Eric PincusFor the record - Lakers cannot trade Kapono, Morris, Goudelock for 30 days - oh and Kobe has a no-trade clause FYI
Flash
Honestly I don't know how he isn't a Net already. That deal is by far the best out there. They're willing to take on Hedo's contract and everything.

Dan Gilbert
There's absolutely no way he will go to LA. I'll die before this happens. It would just be an absolute travesty. Just go ahead and re-name the Magic the Washington Generals why don't you? Absolutely ridiculous. Please regard, Dan G.

Check my Stats
Don't see why Orlando is waiting to pull the trigger on Brook Lopez (I assume it is based around him). They probably won't get better than a big with 20-10-2 upside (had a 9 rebound season, no reason to believe last year was anything more than a blip right?).Especially considering they will probably get a couple of picks and dump Hedo. Guru
Not surprised that he requested a trade. It will be interesting to see how much longer Otis Smith tries to prolong this situation. Edited December 10, 2011 by Guru

magicbalala245
Los Angeles had long been a preferred choice of Howard’s, but sources say that several factors have pushed him toward the Nets over the Lakers. Howard has a strong relationship with Deron Williams, and has also resisted following the same career path as Shaquille O’Neal, who left the Magic for the Lakers two decades ago. .@CBSSports confirms that Dwight Howard requested trade to Nets. But a person involved in Howard chase cautions not to count out Lakers yet.
Flash
Don't think LA has the assets to be honest. NJ will give them 2 first rounders giving Orlando 2 for this years draft which might be one of the all timers.

A comb of Dwight and D-Will will a handful of games.

The Magic are going to have a lottery pick and while the Nets will be great that pick will likely land in the early/mid 20's which in the draft is pretty much a mid/late lottery pick from last year.
