Flash
Stephen A. Smith saying that he wouldn't be shocked if Kobe asks to be traded. Pretty crazy shit if he does it for a second time in like 5 years.
Makaveli
No he won't.
Flash
No he won't. Why not? He made that power play before and it worked out for LA. I just don't think there's another Pau Gasol deal out there waiting to happen.
Flash
Good thing for LA is that he's pretty much impossible to move because of his contract.
Warren2ThaG
That would bring Dwight here and Kobe would stay... this time it will be behind closed doors.
Dash
Pure speculation and plus its Stephen A. Smith. There isn't any reason for Kobe to demand a trade now.
Owner Real Deal Posted December 15, 2011 Owner Report Share Posted December 15, 2011 The first time he demanded a trade, he really didn't want to leave the Lakers...and what he did obviously worked, because it pushed the front office to bring in Gasol. Any instance of it now would harm his legacy not only as a Laker, but as a player. He won't.

fish7718
He should, his chances of winning a ring are just about gone in LA...
Check my Stats
Not going to happen. LA is still a 50 win team, easily.
TheNotoriousBANG
They should have shipped him to the clippers before the CP3 deal went down,He has a no trade clause but for them he'd prolly wave it offAnd they shoulda kept LO Kobe and Fisher For Eric Gordan, DeAndre Jordan, Wolves 1st, Next Years 1st. Bledsoe, 2014 and 2015 1st. Then ship Gasol and Bynum for Dwight and Nelson Lakers ClippersNelson Fisher (he's kobe's bitch, he would follow him there) Gordan BryantArtest ButlerOdom Blake Dwight/Jordan Kaman And best of all you Los Angeles fans would win, Kobe would still stay in LAand both teams would be set. The Regime
Not going to happen. LA is still a 50 win team, easily. This. Kobe wont do anything of that sort to tarnish his image. Kobe is no doubt frustrated, but to say that he wants to get traded is just pushing it. Front office will make one or two significant moves before the start of the season, I'm feeling it.
