Lemon
Knicks looked terrible against GSW. They were bumping into each other on defense and making nothing on offense. If they're looking to bounce back, I'm expecting a tough game for the Lakers.
JYD
Going to be tough to win out West, especially early in the season like this.. Knicks will need to be a lot better than they were against GS. Looking forward to watching though, always enjoy watching KB24 & the Lakers. Newman
I refuse to call this guy Metta World Peace, but Ron Artest has been coming up big in the last 3 games.

NomarFachix
Lineup of Toney Douglas, Mike Bibby, Bill Walker, Josh Harrellsen, and Amar'e getting minutes. Amar'e taking 20 foot jumpers with regularity, leading slow paced 1 on 4 breaks and turning the ball over, and playing no defense and with no intensity. Fields getting mad at the weak calls in favor of Kobe and taking jumpers 5 seconds into a possession. Three technicals already. No defense, no offense, no chemistry, no hustle, no desire. Not sure what I expected with a starting lineup that boasts Toney Douglas and lends minutes to Renaldo Balkman, but holy shit this team is terrible right now. I actually have to watch Josh Harrelsen shoot threes. I have to watch Steve Novak play defense. BLECH.
NomarFachix
I'm trying to find a word to describe exactly how I feel when an inbounds pass goes to Renaldo Balkman and he takes a 22 foot jump shot with a full shot clock. Having trouble.

Owner Real Deal Posted December 30, 2011 Author Owner Report Share Posted December 30, 2011 Can't believe there are still people saying Kobe is not a top five player in this league anymore.
Warren2ThaG
Can't believe there are still people saying Kobe is not a top five player in this league anymore. For his age and miles and injuries he should be #1 for what he's doing.

JYD
The only comment I'll make on this game is that it should be a 30 point Laker win.
Newman
Can't believe there are still people saying Kobe is not a top five player in this league anymore. I can't imagine anyone saying that either. It's the people who say he is #1 for sure that bugs me.
fish7718
lol >Kobe has one good game>Best player in NBA again Knicks offense is so god awful, Amar'e was horrific tonight, we need to get back to the pick and roll, don't use it enough anymore, bring Felton back or something this is horrible. If Baron won't be back soon, we seriously need to go out and make a trade.

Owner Real Deal Posted December 30, 2011 Author Owner Report Share Posted December 30, 2011 lol >Kobe has one good game>Best player in NBA againWho said he was the best player in the league? More than one good game, by the way...and the worst part would be those that called him out of the top five, after his injury-ridden season last year. It would be nice if everyone knew how to evaluate talent a little better, instead of clouding their evaluations with hate. Nights like these make me chuckle a bit. Cleveland's Finest
The Knicks have a lot of work to do....that was some ugly basketball. Your three leaders all got technicals...yeah, they scored in double figures, but the offense looked horrific. I picked them to win it all this year because I think when Baron is healthy and the others get used to playing together, they'll look great. But they also need to get their heads straight and stop getting technicals. The Lakers looked good and Mike Brown can hopefully make a better name for himself in LA. The Regime
Its still a little early in the season, but I have to say that the bench play has been suprisingly good. MWP looks really comfortable and is posing matchup issues among the second unit, McRoberts runs the floor really well, and Blake and Kapono are shooting the ball really well. Hopefully this keeps up.
