To the people who think Deron Williams is a fake superstar: this game is your answer.

Huh? I see you like D.Will so I am guessing you think he is doing a good job?

The Nets have been down by like 20-30 points the whole game and D.Will is not doing much.

The point is that he needed to score 57 for us to beat the Bobcats by 3. The team around him is completely terrible... especially with Brook out

This was the most boring game of the year...usually when we blow teams out we're throwing lobs and dunking all over the place. Today that wasn't really what happened at all.

He's doing what he can, when you consider how unacceptable the support has been from the rest of the team, and when you consider how ridiculous Avery has been the whole year. Deron has been fulfilling his role as a point guard, except our offense was a complete mess today.

Avery's job seems as secure as can be right now. Apparently, Deron is very happy with him. But almost the entire fanbase is in agreement that he is doing nothing short of a terrible job.

John Wooden could not coach this team to a better record.

The team's talent level is what is keeping his job secure, but there is still no excuse for the team playing this poorly. He seems to insist on running isos with Hump when Kris continuously fails at it. Stevenson and Petro are playing way too many minutes for what they are offering us. Morrow is essentially a one-dimensional player with a killer shot, but we refuse to set him up for open looks and instead put the ball in his hands, expecting him to do something. There is no excuse for some of what has been shown this season.

Oh, and we haven't even begun talking about the worst defense in recent history.

I think coaching in the NBA is overrated to a degree. It's largely about your roster. He doesn't have much to work with, especially with no Brook for most of year and Marshon Brooks in and out, as well. I'm indifferent about Avery Johnson. I don't really know if he's a good or bad coach, but I don't think he's done a terrible job or deserves to be fired.

There's no doubt that he has been limited with his resources. It's probably not a good idea to fire him anyway, just for the sake of keeping D-Will happy.

Yeah....well, or you could go the Sacramento Kings route. Management picks players, players pick coach. Smh.

I wasn't questioning his ability, just thought you were saying that his performance in this game proves he is a superstar. Which I found odd because the Nets were getting destroyed.

Nah, I was pointing out the supporting cast.
