JYD Posted March 22, 2012 Report Share Posted March 22, 2012 (edited) Wow, Mike Woodson has turned this team into a JVG style. Actually playing a grind-it-out defensive game tonight. I love it. Not the best efforts from Melo and Lin, but Lin hit huge FT's (10/10) and Stoudemire played great. Melo's defense was pretty damn good all night as well. Interesting to see Woodson go Smith over Fields in pivotal moments of the game. Fields clearly not a favorite of his. Chandler also did not play much in the 4th...But I think that was due to a smaller lineup from Philly. Definitely exciting to see the Knicks winning again. They didn't even play good basketball tonight, to be honest, but they got the win and that's all that's important at this point in the season.
