Colangelo and management have done basically everything he can to make the roster as poor as possible. They've shut down Bargnani for the year, shut down Bayless, have sat out Calderon for 3 games due to minor injury, traded Barbosa for a 2nd round pick and are starting 2 D-League call ups and also have another as their backup point guard. You really can't do much more from a management perspective. Casey is just too good of a coach and getting the absolute most out of the very little talent he has to work with.
