People are seriously complaining about that pick?

The only reason it looks even remotely like a foul is because LeBron is basically twice Lucas' size and he was completely unaware that a pick was coming. Neither one of those is LeBron's fault.

I don't particularly care for the Heat, but I'm almost at the point where I actually want them to win a championship this year just to see how much whining and crying would come of it.

Exactly, it was a good, hard screen on a guy who was actually d'ing up Chalmers pretty well in the backcourt.

Lmao what a joke. A simple pick that sat someone down has you up in arms. Any other random role player does it and I guarantee you aren't in here bitching about it.

Point out where I said it was an illegal pick, please (he did lower his shoulder a bit, but it wasn't that significant).

Staring him down was the issue, but LeBron is a [expletive] face, so I'm not surprised at it.

--------

Regarding what Wade did, Rip basically used his forearm to create space, much like every superstar and non-superstar does in this league (LeBron going to the rim, Kobe taking a shot, etc). Wade overreacted and blatantly pushed Rip, for no reason.

You know that, though.

Did I say you said it was illegal? Its not "going after someone" if its a good basketball play.

As fr the Wade thing, he was sending a message and I'm completely fine with that. This team gets more cheap shots and hard fouls on them than anyone and Wade said [expletive] it no more without us doing something about it. Same with James Jones. Sure his ejection might be warranted but I love that he went right after Noah.

Its called playing physical but suddenly the Heat are the team who isn't allowed to do that apparently.

Either you thought I meant it was an illegal pick, or you knew I was talking about the stare-down. Anyway...

So you'd be fine with Blake Griffin (the guy you dislike) doing something about the fouls he's getting, especially the Robin Lopez foul tonight? I doubt it. But, anyway...

No team is allowed to taunt and push other players on the court...and if you actually think I support that shit, you must not pay attention to anything I've posted about it over the years...from Garnett's BS all the way to Andrew Bynum obliterating JJ Barea in Game 4 vs. Dallas last year.

I still wouldn't like it...but if LeBron is going to shatter someone with a pick, then stare them down, it should be someone his size or larger, or someone that has a bad reputation on the court. Lucas? In the backcourt, for no reason other than to taunt the Bulls? Please.

When did we taunt? JJ, Wade or Bron never taunted after any of those plays. There was no epic staredown like you're making it seem either. It was just a hard pick and that's it.

And yeah if Blake or someone else on the Clips wants to do something about the fouls then so be it. This was bound to happen and I'm glad Wade stepped up and decided not to take it anymore.

I actually forgot, you guys get fouled far too many times every game, and that's with little effort most of the time (because it's just the regular season).

Gotta remind myself who I'm talking to.

So yeah, you guys just stay mean out there, and you play hard when you want, and when those guys push you around, you push back, damnit!

I'm all for a physical game, what annoys the shit out of me is when one team (which was Miami in the third quarter yesterday) gets soft calls from the officials. What annoys me is that Wade and Lebron constant complain about not getting fouls yet rarely ever get t'ed up, that's what I call superstar treatment. Whatever though, good game last night. I can't wait till the playoffs start.
