Universe
http://www.netsdaily.com/?p=8504 Room for two? ESPN’s Chad Ford has crunched cap space numbers for the 2010 Free Agent Race and it’s really not that close. Nets are #1. “New Jersey”, writes Ford, “has one of the best opportunities to land a big-time free agent. The Nets are likely to be somewhere between $25 million and $27 million under the cap”. The Knicks and Heat will have space too, but have to fill more roster spots.
kingfish
They could make a good push for a couple of free agents. If they get one big one they can attract another, and with Harris + Lee already there in the backcourt they could get a really good SF and PF with Lopez at C. And btw I hear Lebrons good buddy Jay Z can lure him to the Nets. ^_^

The Goods
Nets will get LeBron James, you can quote me on that. Everyone says LeBron is going to go NY and he is going to get so much publicity and endorsements, but to me that's bull[expletive]. Anywhere he goes he will get the publicity and endorsements because he is a great player. What do the Knicks have to offer? The Nets have a young core of good players like Harris, Lee and Lopez. Plus, you know Jay-Z will try and do his best to recruit LeBron and another big FA. http://215sports.files.wordpress.com/2008/02/pg2_w_lebron_jayz_275.jpg

Guru
I mean, Jay-Z is an ugly [expletive] [expletive]a and he goes out with Beyonce.Jay-Z signed Nas. He [expletive]ing signed Nas after all the beef.He has to be like one of the most persuasive people ever. As long as the Cavs don't win a ship this year I like our chances to be honest. Multi-Billionaire
I could see them after LeBron hard... and it'd be tough for LeBron to ignore.
Sun Tzu
LeBron could be all they need to win a championship. Harris - Lee - LeBron - ? - Lopez

TheNextBestThing
They can add 2 stars and still won't win the East... "Star" as in Carlos Boozer or "star" as in LeBron James? Harris, Lee, LeBron, Bosh, Lopez is a championship caliber team.
Universe
It's legit though. We were in the battle for the 8th seed with Vince Carter on our team. You add LeBron with Bosh or someone else and you say we will miss the playoffs? We might not win a championship but I'm sure we'd make the playoffs.
Doc
the Nets have a rising point guard and a star in Carter. And Lee who has alotof potential. Add two Stars, I can see a championship team. It has worked in the past, look at the Celtics.

Klashnekoff
Lost respect at those comments Warren. We are one of the brightest teams in terms of a future. We have a great young center who will be top 5 in a few years and we have one of the top point guards in Harris who is also young and will get better when he moves soon into his prime. Lee and Yi shouldn't be slept on either.
ruderock23210
if the nets are looking for some game than they should go after king James and another star basketball player like bosh
