Based on Rambis' experience, the current coaching market in the NBA and the time it will take the Wolves to rebuild, Rambis can expect a four-year contract worth about $8 million. The early front-runner for the Wolves' job was NBA TV analyst Mark Jackson, but it became evident that the Wolves couldn't hire Jackson without some coaching experience.
