Amar’e Stoudemire’s older brother died in a car accident in Florida early Monday morning, and Stoudemire has left the Knicks to be with his family. He will miss Monday night’s game against the Utah Jazz. Hazell Stoudemire, 35, was killed when his 2007 Cadillac Escalade collided with the rear of a tractor trailer on Highway 27 in Lake Wales, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Stoudemire was driving at a high rate of speed and was attempting to pass the tractor trailer, according to the accident report.
