I'm sure Bryant would have been sitting on around 150 or so if Shaq had been in the picture a bit later in his career, but that probably sacrifices a ring or two (depending on when Shaq comes in). Trade O'Neal for Duncan, maybe that changes everything, as Tim didn't need the ball as much. Kobe would've struggled to win championships as much as Jordan did in the 80's, 100% sure of that.

Wilt's record is ridiculous.

I think LeBron is up to around 43, but don't quote me on that. I'm pretty sure they said that on ESPN when he went ballistic on Atlanta last season.

this just shows you why kobe can't touch the great Mike

...and why the great Mike can't touch the greatest Wilt?

All three had different career paths. Jordan's best came when he was without a prime Pippen and a legit second option, which is why he had to wait to win his championships.

Kobe's best (the start of it, and 4-5 years of it) came when he had a seven-foot center, one of the most dominant ever, in the paint and needing the same amount of shots.

Same with LeBron and Wade, who will see less 40-point games...and Durant, who has a chucking PG to play with.

Wilt was being defended by 6-7 and 6-8 PF's.

The differences are significant.
