AboveLegit
I got this off a blog I visit (won't give out the link because they have a lot of good answers to this topic already) and I thought it was a great idea. You have 27 player points to pick players. Player points equal the amount you have to pay to have that player on your roster. you NEED 8 players, LIMITED to only one (7) player or two (6). Bell and McDyess: You know what you'll get from them. Noah...look at him from the playoffs.... hustler with potential. Hollins has potential. Jack can play solid, and Parker can spread the floor. magicbalala245
PG Mo Williams (4)SG Kobe Bryant (7)SF Rashard Lewis (4)PF Luis Scola (3)C Joel Przbilla (2) BenchTrevor Ariza (3)Jason Kapano (2)DeAndre Jordan (2) Coach: Greg Popovich This team has and Suprstar in kobe. An All Star in Mo Williams that can help spread the floor or dish the rock. Rashard to help spread the floor more. Scola can help on the boards as he is a banger down low. So is Joel not an offense guy but it a hustler. A steal in DeAndre Jordan as h is a good back up center. Ariza coming off the bench is perfect to rest Rashard. Kapano stepping in can also help spread the floor. This team can conted for a top 3 spot Edited August 9, 2009 by magicbalala245

AtTheDriveIn
G: Jameer Nelson – 4G: Brandon Roy – 6F: Hedo Turkoglu – 5F: Anthony Randolph - 3C: Brad Miller – 3 Bench: Jeff Teague – 2Bench: Danilo Gallinari – 2Bench: Mike Miller - 2 Jerry Sloan as Head Coach. He like the tough, hard working types like Nelson, Roy, etc and has a lot of versatility out on the court at any time with the eight players. Owner Real Deal Posted August 10, 2009 Owner Report Share Posted August 10, 2009 C - Marc Gasol (3)PF - Emeka Okafor (5)SF - LeBron James (7)SG - Courtney Lee (3)PG - Russell Westbrook (3)BENCH - DJ Augustin (2)BENCH - Brandan Wright (2)BENCH - Sam Young (2)Coach - Gregg Popovich A lot of defense, a lot of offense, versatility, and arguably the best coach in the NBA paired with arguably the best player in the game. LeBron handles the ball with a scoring point guard, a shooting and slashing two, and a post four. You have two excellent rebounding bigs and all of my starting five are also very good rebounders at their positions. My point guard can play three positions, my two-guard can play 2-3, LeBron can play four, and Okafor and Gasol are exchangeable at the four and five. Augustin is a combo guard, Wright can play the four or three, and Young is a small forward that has the ability to play some guard. I was going to use Bryant, but LeBron is more ideal for this team because he'll have defense surrounding him, and his driving ability will be maximized with scoring threats around him. kingfish
Billups (5)Kobe (7)Battier (3)Millsap (4)Pryzbilla (2) Bench : DJ Augustine (2), Mike Miller (2),Brandon Wright (2) Coach = Poppovich Great team offense and defense. Billups shuts down all star point guards (look at how he tormented CP3 in the playoffs last year), Kobe shuts down everyone, Battier shuts down anyone. Millsap is a double doubles machine at such a young age, a great rebounder and capable of scoring outbursts at any time. Pryzbilla is a pretty good defensive center used for that sole purpose. Point guards will have trouble against Billups, star perimeter players will have nightmares going up against Kobe/Battier. Millsap and Pryzbilla can control the paint quite nicely and are physical players. And if a clutch shot/performance is needed Billups and Kobe are the two best in the NBA at doing that. On the bench Augustine can fill in for 1 or the 2, and hes a good young scorer/shooter and can play adequate defense. Miller can fill 2 or the 3, great shooter, good defender and all around player. Brandon Wright has a lot of potential but already a great option off the bench and can play 4 or 5. All within 27 points. Ok does my team win now Edited August 10, 2009 by kingfish
